I managed to get the error

Unknown Error: The model returned the following errors: messages.216: tool_use ids were found without tool_result blocks immediately after: tooluse_NudlJpcjeQemU5wudkIYMA. Each tool_use block must have a corresponding tool_result block in the next message.

It seems like both tool_use requests from the LLM were provided an appropriate output by Zoo code, yet that error occurs.

This breaks the task permanently and seems irrecoverable from the GUI.
