"Go to Bookmark" quick-pick command #45

Description

@Wikid82

Problem

Opening a bookmarked file requires visiting the sidebar view and clicking it. There's no palette-driven way to jump straight to a bookmark, which is the fastest workflow for keyboard-centric users (similar to `workbench.action.quickOpen` but scoped to bookmarks).

Proposal

Add a `workspace-file-bookmarks.goToBookmark` command that opens a `QuickPick` listing all bookmarks (label + description from `describeBookmark`), fuzzy-filterable by VS Code's built-in QuickPick matching, that opens the selected one via the existing `openBookmark`.

Notes

Pairs well with #default-keybindings — bind this to a single shortcut for near-instant navigation.
