mcp suddenly prompts to reconnect in ChatGPT, but it keeps failing. Reinstalling prompts the registration endpoint to return 403

I have normal authentication connections to codingagent locally, and the tunnel service is also working properly.

But the cahtgpt web page suddenly stopped working, and reinstalling it didn't help either.
