docs(changelog): 0.2.1 corpus-scan parallelization
Record the review + rhythm perf wins under a dated 0.2.1 section so the release tag has its notes. Output-neutral; the number worth surfacing is that both corpus scanners now run interactively rather than stalling for seconds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

### Changed
15+
16+
- `ccpool review` and `ccpool rhythm` now fan their transcript scan out across the CPU cores instead of
17+
walking `~/.claude/projects` on a single thread, and reject non-matching lines on the raw bytes rather
18+
than allocating a string (and, for `rhythm`, a regex match) per line. On a multi-GB corpus this takes
19+
`review` from ~0.95s to ~0.2s at the default 7-day window (~3.7s to ~0.7s at 30 days) and `rhythm`
20+
from ~1.5s to ~0.2s, fast enough to run interactively without a visible stall. Output is unchanged,
21+
byte-for-byte: `review` merges its per-file tallies in walk order so the turns-descending tie-break
22+
keeps the same first-seen model order, and both stay verified against the golden conformance suite.
