Describe the feature you'd like

A Feature to create Roles for Users, they only can see users in his own Role and only can see Channels, who own by Users in his own Role.

I have some people, they don't like each other (Family, Friends, Groups) but they wan't use our Rocketchat Server. In this Case it will be useful to seperate this Groups. If they can see or chat with other people, it can be creepy.
