(feat): allow mouse button keybinds

• Support mouse button keybinds

Describe the behaviour you'd like

• Make keybind recorder capture mouse buttons
• Give custom side button keybinds precedence over the hardcoded forward/backward page navigation buttons inside oneconfiguiscreen and hudeditoruiscreen

Additional context

• The oneconfig keybind (keybind that opens oneconfig) needs special handling in oneconfiguiscreen and hudeditoruiscreen
