What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Consecrated ground got an effect "50% reduced Effect of Curses on You" in 3.16, but POB doesn't have it.
To be precise, configuration button changes numbers in Other Defences -> Curse Effect on You, but this 50% doesn't work and curses will still have effect on our character

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
