Install on windows

Hi,

I am following the instructions to install the plugin on a Windows machine.
I have copied the folders into the Open Ephys folder:

\Program Files\Open Ephys\plugins\Builds\VisualStudio2013\Plugins\PythonPlugin
\Program Files\Open Ephys\PythonPlugin

Now it says I should open the solution (.sln) in Visual Studio. Unfortunately I cannot find that file anywhere.
Am I missing something?
