question: determine state of connected tv/display

Hello,

is it possible to determine the state of the display/tv where the Fire TV is connected to? Or do you know the corresponding adb commands?

I would need to check if the TV/display is powered regardless if the TV is displaying data from the Fire TVs HDMI port or any other port.

Check the output of various dumpsys display, dumpsys window, dumpsys power, and getprop commands and see if you notice a difference when your TV is on vs. off.

I found out, that AUIDO_PLUG_STATE changes if TV is on or not.

Just run adb shell dumpsys activity | grep -m 1 "AUDO_PLUG_STATE".
You will find android.media.extra.AUDIO_PLUG_STATE=0 if TV is off and android.media.extra.AUDIO_PLUG_STATE=1 if TV is on.

But I did not find an option to check if TV is streaming from the HDMI port where the Fire TV stick is plugged into so far.
