IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Audit Log - QRadar Universal Cloud REST API Workflow

New workflow will be provided to capture so called Audit Logs from the Application "IBM Spectrum Protect Plus".
Audit Logs are only readable via the REST API and thus the QRadar Universal Cloud REST API seems to be the perfect fit for this task when a customer uses the MDP Software SPP and IBM QRadar already.
