Hi,

The code allows for a user to override the location url , which obviosuly opens up the codes use for HP cloud and other private and public clouds. Not all cloud stores have CDN features, so the lack of a X-CDN-Management-Url header should not cause the code to exit, it should handle that transparently.

I'd be happy to receive a patch that changes this behavior. Should include tests though.
