Fix github workflow

TODO:

• Add an auto assign to a project
• Get rid of depency review workflow
• Double check if everything is working properly with the auto asign assignees

Update:

• I recently added pytest workflow
• Depency review was working since the beginning, it only stopped when I temporarly modified thie repo to "private"

What I still need to do before closing this PR:

• Add upload codecoverage report integration (https://github.com/codecov/codecov-action)
• Fix the ato assign to a project workflow, that is currently not working.
