Adapt build scripts so that dev.eessi.io uses EESSI_SITE_SOFTWARE_PREFIX (see #232 ) to build on top of EESSI. This would bring this more in line with how we envision sites should build on top of EESSI. And dev.eess.io is essentially a build on top of EESSI.
