Subject: [PATCH] Download and project links point at Atomic-Notes-App-V0.2

The App is built and released from DevBehindYou/Atomic-Notes-App-V0.2 (first
GitHub Release: v2.03.4). The download button pointed at
Atomic-Notes-App/releases/latest, a repository with no releases (404), and
"View the project" at Project-Atomic-Notes, a name several renames old.

- Default APK_URL: Atomic-Notes-App-V0.2/releases/latest. The Vercel variable
  NEXT_PUBLIC_APK_URL overrides it and must be changed to match (or removed).
- "View the project" opens the V0.2 repository; the download hint names the
  arm64-v8a file without the old file name; the 1.18.2 blog post links the
  new releases page.
