Enhancement: include 404 / cred submissions in "DShield Submission Confirmation" mail

as the subject says:
It'd be nice to have a status mail containing every submission and the status so it's easier to see if everthing is running smooth on the Pi w/o having to log into dshield.org

Not quite clear what the request is! Recently I noticed that www.dshield.org/submitapi/... did not respond for quite some time. The result was that the log that was meant to be submitted was skipped because the datetime of the last log entry was already updated. Is this what you are referring to? Or do you also want to see a message of each submitted set of log entries?
