use gravatar for profile pics

I logged in with Google SSO and it didn't detect my gravatar pic. it also made me upload a picture but from a UX perspective it wasn't clear that a picture was actually required

This is good point. We can enhance the OAuth sign up to use the profile photo if it's available.

As far as the requirement for the photo, what would be a good way to communicate that it's required before enabling Finish Setup?

I think just letting people submit for sign up and throwing an error on what's missing (e.g. profile photo is required). at present I believe the button is greyed out until a photo is uploaded
