The skill says to add the nearest broader exact GO or local record to parent_structures whenever no exact GO term exists. That collapses ontology is-a parents with structural parthood, even though parent_structures means taxonomic is-a in docs/CURATION.md and enclosing assemblies or layers belong in part_of.
Expected fix: tell Claude to mint the local cellstructuremech: CURIE, then choose parent_structures only for a broader kind and part_of for subassemblies or layers.
