Pre-Alpha 2.1.0.0 build 20260909205147

[CocoBox84]

Wow, it's been a while since I released an update. We have MAJOR changes!

Pre-Alpha 1.0.1.1 -> Pre-Alpha 2.1.0.0!

New theming system, different pieces of the app split into multiple projects, new explorer, new asset loading,
a home screen, different workspace types, a skin editor, a sprite properties panel and so much more!

New GUI with a home screen! New Project Editor! New Folder Editor (Not implemented yet.) Single file editor (Not implemented yet) ActionScript and MXML Syntax support! The new file explorer. The Paint editor is unchanged. The (NEW) Skin Editor! I have a short attention span. Here is the new project picker!

There are also things like the new sprite and file/folder rename.

This release took months, hopefully you enjoy it!
